The little tern is the smallest of the terns family and it migrate from Europe to Africa in the winter through Israel , some of the population also stay for the winter but most of the specimen only Accor on the fall and spring ,
they feed on small fish and other small shore invertebrate , this shot is part of a project with them in salt shallow pools they tend to visit every year on Israel , always very close to the sea .
